Brian Hiner has been in the industry for 16 years. Most recently he has become the local rep for Supplier Vittronic. Previous experience includes positions as National Sales Manager for a plastics manufacturer as well as a Director of Sales position for Sweda and sales for Multi line rep Team Donlin. 2010 is his first year as President of PPAChicago and was previoulsy Treasurer for four years and served as Director for two. |

I have a 360º view of the promotional products industry having experienced the promotional sales process from many different seats. My career started on the client side as a buyer of promotional products. In 1997 I became a distributor salesperson and spent the last decade working with large corporate clients. My next moves put me on the supplier side with Vantage Apparel and HIT where I currently hold the position of Regional Sales Representative for the company.
I have volunteered with PPAChicago for more than 3 years and have enjoyed working with the board and association members. I am excited for the opportunity to put my unique industry perspective to work for the entire PPAChicago membership. |

Jenny has over 20 years sales experience in the industry, currently working for Bluegrass Promotional Marketing. Through her many years in the industry, she has worked for several different distributors and gained valuable knowledge about issues that are important to all of our members. Jenny’s goals for the association include providing our members the opportunity to network with others in the industry, offer educational seminars to keep them competitive in our changing industry, and broaden their knowledge with informative meetings. She would like to see our association once again become one of the leading regionals in the country.
Her previous experience for PPAChicago includes serving on the Board as a Director and then Vice President from 1991-1995. In addition, she chaired the Ad-Venture Client Show for three years, 1994-1996. Jenny was re-elected to the PPAChicago Board of Directors in June of 2005. Currently she is Secretary of the Board and Show Chairperson for the 2011 NPS Show. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys traveling, boating, reading and spending time with family and friends. |

After graduating from the University of Chicago 16 years ago, I began working for a top promotional products salesperson, Linda Heyse-Highland. For the next 6 years, I learned the industry while earning my MBA in marketing and finance. In 2000, Linda and I partnered to form LinJen Promotions, Inc.. We have been members of PPAChicago for the past 10 years and have always valued the opportunity it offers for networking between distributors and suppliers. I served as the Registration Committee Co-Chair for the 2010 NPI Show and have worked registration for several NPI shows. I feel that my organizational and operations experience, as well as my many years in the industry would bring a unique perspective to PPAC. |

| Nancy joined PPAChicago in 2007 from member Supplier, American Greenwood with 5 years of industry experience. She graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, IA with a degree in Marketing and started her career in Promotional Products. Nancy was married to John Paolucci in 2007, owner of Distributor member M & M Sports (custompromos.com) out of Addison, IL. Coincidentally they met in 2003 at the New Products Idea Show at Arlington! Running the association out of her home can be challenging, especially when her only two co-workers are her two English Setters! |
